Women of IFA Network (WIN) represents a large number of professional women working in international tax. IFA strives to be representative of a dynamic international tax community and promotes the participation of women in the structures and operations of the Association. After the first successful meeting held in Copenhagen in 2013, WIN activities continued in subsequent congresses.

The London Congress celebrated 100 years since women were allowed to work in law and accounting, and therefore in taxation, in many countries around the world. WIN’s IFA London Branch celebrated the achievements of past women who have contributed to and shaped the future of women working in international tax across the profession. For this occasion, Slaughter and May has put together Recognising 100 years of Women in Tax, a wonderful profile book featuring more than 70 profiles of women in tax.
